1/2 | cup | Bisquick | |

1/4 | cup | milk | |

1 | egg, beaten | ||

1 | pkg. | (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded | |

Spray 10-inch oven proof skillet with cooking spray. Heat chili in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until simmering. Remove pan from heat.
Stir together Bisquick, milk and egg just until blended. Spoon batter in ring around outer edge of chili; sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
