Yield: glaze for 1 ham
1 | can | (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce | |

1 | cup | firmly packed brown sugar | |

|||
1/4 | cup | orange juice | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground cloves | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground cinnamon | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground allspice | |
|
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients for glaze. Heat slowly, beating with wire whisk or rotary beater, until smooth. Thirty minutes before ham is done, spoon half of glaze over ham. Repeat with other half during last 15 minutes or save remaining glaze to serve with ham.
